Customer's reviews

Every year in my area, I’m called to remove hundreds of snakes and other pests, like rodents, from people’s houses. One very common place for wildlife to get into is the garage. When I started having an issue with the bottom garage seal at my home, I knew I didn’t want to deal with the same problems I identify for my clients nearly every day. That’s why I chose to invest in a very experienced company that installs an awesome product that’s specifically designed to stop rodents and other pest from entering your garage. I’m so happy that State 48 Garage Doors came to my place and installed this superior product. It feels so great to know I don’t have to worry about critters getting into my garage through this very common entry point! ~ Nicholas M
I had a great experience working with Greg from State 48 garage doors. When my garage door stopped working properly, he came out on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed a few issues and explained everything clearly. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the entire visit. He completed the repairs efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Even more impressive, when a small glitch popped up after the initial repair, Greg came back to address it - no hesitation, no delay. That level of responsiveness and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. I highly recommend Greg and State 48 Garage Doors for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and top-notch service! ~ Bri M
I have interacted twice with State 48 Garage Doors. The first was a change to my single garage door with the addition of a high lift and side mount motor and the most recent was a motor replacement on my double garage door. The level of customer service is excellent, timely, and very thorough. I was lucky enough to have the same installer/service tech for both occasions and can tell you that Greg was amazing. He was always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining issues and the options that were available to me. I would recommend the company for any garage door needs. I was very satisfied with both experiences from start to finish. Thank you Greg and the staff of State 48 Garage Doors. ~ Richard Z
